Rowan Marshall, Head of People & Search, has over 20 years’ experience leading and delivering people and technology projects. Rowan’s naturally collaborative and problem-solving attitude, combined with a genuine curiosity and care about clients and people are an asset for leading Intuis People & Search.

Rowan has a passion for delivering sustainable people solutions and has led teams and projects across HR shared services, business partnering, ER/IR, technology projects and change management. He has experience leading complex organisational and industrial change, implementing large-scale change programs, and in coaching and supporting leaders on complex people issues. Rowan’s analytical and consultative approach have created significant value for clients in the change and transformation programs he has led and supported.

This practitioner background means Rowan offers more than just candidates; he offers strategic insight into organisational design and workforce planning. He brings a problem-solving attitude to every brief, ensuring that the talent solution aligns perfectly with the business strategy. He has extensive industry experience across technology, telecommunications, resources, oil and gas, higher education, and logistics.

Outside of work Rowan has a passion for sport, film and the arts. He is a Foundation member of the Art Gallery of Western Australia and serves on the board of Western Sky Projects.
