Her diverse background spans mining, oil and gas, financial services, utilities and hospitality sectors, including significant executive roles held at Clough, Thiess and Santos where she led teams to partner with all areas of the business to understand their pain points and innovate fit for purpose, competitive solutions.

Leah has supported global organisations to ensure work is being delivered by the right roles, at the right levels using the right mechanisms, across the value chain, Leah balances performance optimisation with risk mitigation, creating environments where people thrive while organisations remain protected. Her work demonstrates that enhanced capability and engagement can coexist with strong governance and risk management.

Leah holds a Masters of in Human Resources, and certifications in Sustainability/Social Performance with a passion for ensuring organisations reflect the broad diversity of the communities that they serve . Leah utilises her cross industry and global cultural knowledge having spent time working across Asia, USA and UK, with capabilities to truly drive mindset and behaviour shifts. On top of all this experience, she also has significant due diligence and change experience in mergers and acquisitions

Outside the office, you'll find Leah pursuing active interests that fuel her enthusiasm and drive – from exploring hiking trails and travelling extensively to experiencing the energy of music festivals. A proud Welsh rugby supporter, she believes in the power of team spirit both on and off the field.
